Job Description

Work with clients through the design-build process. Compile accurate cost estimates. Track job costs and forecast remaining costs through project completion. Handle monthly pay requests. Oversight of all contract administration. Develop and maintain project schedules. Manage Superintendent and subcontractors through project completion. Submit and track submittals and RFIs. Complete the project closeout process.

Education and Experience Required:

Bachelor Degree required or equivalent amount of applicable experience Minimum 5 years of commercial construction experience in a similar position. Healthcare build preferred, strong interpersonal skills, and a solid ability to estimate and execute construction and renovation projects. Thorough knowledge of commercial construction costs, methods and implementation, proficient in reading and understanding architectural and engineering drawings and specifications. Skilled in Microsoft “Office” products including Microsoft “Project” and familiar with project management and estimating software. Ability to handle multiple tasks & projects. Excellent communication and leadership skills and availability for periodic travel to out-of-state projects. Drug-free workplace; able to pass a mandatory background check and drug screening. Certificated Construction Manager or Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
