Job Description

First Shift 7AM-3:15PM (Monday- Friday) Second Shift 3:10PM-1:25AM (Monday-Friday) Description : Read blue prints, drawings, or other computer-aided files Prepare and load raw materials into machine Verify dimensions, sizes, as well as tolerancing. Reading calipers, micrometers and other measuring devices. Test completed parts to ensure they meet specifications and complete Inspection Reports. Set-up and/or operate CNC machine Check and maintain machine daily Keep area clean and uniform Safety first – follow safe work methods and adherence to safety protocol, including personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. Desired 2 years of experience as a CNC Operator but will train. Basic computer knowledge with understanding of CNC programming. Punctual, reliable and conscientious. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to read and interpret drawings. Must provide company approved calipers, if required for your position, after 90 days of employment. Ability to lift 25 lbs safely, walk and stand for long periods of time, bend and lift product as needed following safe work methods.
